I read it over the summer - while I thought it was a cool and fun idea, Brit Lit always bored me to tears. This was pretty much just as snooze-inducing to me as the original. However, there is word of a TV or film adaptation, so if you dig it, you may see a live action version.

As far as "Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters," I decided not to check it out given my aversion to this lit.

However, if ya dig the originals, you might love the mash-ups!

I have been quite curious about these re-dos, have you read any of late? I like the originals far too much and I will only entertain a reading of a remake if it is worthy of my time, otherwise it shall become kindling for my winter hearth! The other silly title on the market is "Sense and Sigmund and the Sea Monsters" or something to that effect...Please advise post haste.
